Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We provide guided winter experiences in Swedish Lapland including snowmobile safaris, husky tours, Northern Lights excursions, and accommodation add-ons.

All activities are subject to weather conditions, guide availability, and local regulations.

2. Booking process

A booking is confirmed once you approve our written offer and pay the stated deposit.

• You must provide accurate participant information, dietary needs, and medical considerations before arrival.
• Minors require the documented consent of a guardian.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if safety cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are quoted in SEK unless stated otherwise and include VAT.

Deposits are payable through our invoicing partner or secure payment link. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the experience start date.

4. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel in writing. Refunds depend on when we receive the notice:

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund minus a 5% admin fee.
• 15–30 days: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund, but we will try to rebook you on a later date subject to availability.

5. Participant responsibilities

Our guides will provide safety gear and instructions. You agree to follow them at all times.

• Arrive sober and in suitable clothing for Arctic conditions.
• Inform us immediately of any health issue that could affect participation.
• Compensate for deliberate damage to equipment or property.

6. Liability and insurance

We maintain mandatory Swedish business insurance. Our liability is limited to the price you paid unless Swedish consumer law states otherwise.

Guests must carry personal travel insurance that covers winter activities.

7. Changes to this document

We may update the terms to reflect new regulations or services. The version published on this page applies to each booking. Material changes will be communicated by email.
